Q: Do I get unlimited revisions?

Each branding service comes with 2 free rounds of revisions you can cash in during the logo suite, add-on, and brand guide development phases. If more revisions are needed, they will be charged at an hourly rate.

Q: I already have colors/fonts I like. Can we just start there?

If there’s something you love, we’ll definitely talk about it! But I’ll still walk you through my process to make sure every element supports your brand’s goals.

Q: Can we make changes after the project is done?

Once your project wraps, I’ll provide everything you need to run with your new brand. If you need updates later, I’m happy to quote separately for additional design work.

Q: Can I bring in my own designer to tweak things later?

Once your project is complete, you’ll have full rights to use your brand however you’d like. That said, I always recommend working with someone who understands the full system we built, so the integrity of the brand stays intact.

Concepting Phase

Using the insights from your questionnaire, I’ll create two or three distinct mood board concepts to choose from. This step helps us zero in on the look and feel that will guide the rest of the brand design.

Logo Suite & Brand Presentation

Here’s where things get exciting! You’ll receive a brand presentation that includes your logo suite concepts, along with rationale and mockups so you can see each design in action. You’ll also get a sampling of the direction for the fonts and color palette.

Can you design just a logo for me?

I get it, sometimes it feels like all you need is a logo to “check the box.” But here’s the truth: a standalone logo doesn’t have longevity. Without a full brand identity behind it, things like supporting marks, a color system, typography, and design direction, it ends up doing all the heavy lifting on its own.

That leads to overuse, inconsistency, and ultimately, a brand that feels pieced together instead of polished.

A full identity, on the other hand, builds credibility. It creates a cohesive experience that communicates who you are, what you stand for, and why people should trust you. That consistency is what makes you recognizable, memorable, and legit.
