Located north of Charlotte, NC, this new mixed-use development in the growing suburb of Mooresville features luxury apartments, flourishing restaurants and unique retail spaces. Mill One brings modern living to the heart of downtown Mooresville. Residents can catch evening concerts from their balcony or grab dinner from a restaurant below.

Body of Work: Blender was contracted to help this thriving community share its vibrant amenities with potential residents and tenants. This included brand development, a clean and modern logo design, collateral material and signage production.
